Army Captain Salary in Pakistan Army
The army captain pay scale is equivalent to BPS-17.
Stage 1 pay:
A new captain gets a basic salary
of 46,080 PKR. There is also a 4608 PKR special allowance, He also gets same amount of adhoc allowance. The amount of other allowances are not known.
The gross pay becomes nearly 60 thousand PKR and after deduction, this stage 1 captain gets a net salary of 55 thousand to 56 thousand.

Additional Allowances for Hard Area in Army Captain Pay
The majority of the captains in Pak army are selected for the United Nation
peace mission in some African countries. Some also go to other foreign
countries like Iran, Siberia etc. Due to these tours, his pay increases due to hard area allowance.
The allowance depends upon the type of hard area in which he is going. In case of UN peace mission, he gets a very good amount of hard area allowance. If he goes to the operation areas like FATA and Siachen, his hard area allowance will be different.
On returning from the operation, he gets the same salary as he was getting before going to the operation.

Pak Army Captain Facilities During Service
Apart from the pay, army captain also get facilities
like other government officers. These include the free medical treatments, paid apartment if he is married, paid mess, paid schooling of Children. Remember all these types of facilities are also provided by the government to its officer or employees.
He gets a discount of 50% on his air tickets if he travels through PIA. This facility is also provided to government officers in some organization.

Free memberships of golf clubs, Desom clubs are provided to all officers of the army. A free NCB or batman is available to all army officers all the time.
