NUMS - MDCAT 2018 Test for Army Medical College for Army Brat (Paying Cadets) and Civilians
NUMS - MDCAT entry test is for getting admission in Army Medical College and all other Army administered medical colleges. The army administered colleges are

3. CMH Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS) Bahawalpur
4. Karachi Institute of Medical Sciences, (KIMS) Malir Cantt, Karachi
5. WAH Medical College, Wah Cantt
6. CMH Multan Institute of Medical Sciences, (CIMS) Multan
7. HITECH Institute of Medical Sciences, Taxila
The NUMS - MDCAT is also valid for Bahria university medical and dental college, Karachi, Cantt.
NUMS has announced the entry test date for the year 2018 and the test will take place on November 2018.

Through this test, army recruits 2 types of students in its all medical colleges. One type of students are army brat/paying cadets and the other are civilians students.
Only army brat will serve in the Army Medical Corps after the completion of their MBBS and BDS while civilians do not.
This test is also necessary for those candidates who want to study in any public or private medical or dental college in the Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
